Common questions
Can it keep Starlink online during an outage?
An efficient refrigerator and Starlink can run for around 20 hours if their average combined load is about 75W. This is a calculated example, not a measured result or a guarantee. Based on 2,073.6Wh × 95% discharge × 90% efficiency ÷ (75W load + 13W station consumption) ≈ 20 hours. A higher-power Starlink model or other appliances will shorten runtime.
Can it power an air conditioner or washing machine?
It depends on operating watts and startup surges. Total AC output is rated for 2,600 W; not all high-draw appliances are compatible.
Will the battery last 17 years?
17 years is an estimate based on over 6,000 rated cycles and one cycle per day. It is not a 17-year warranty or a guaranteed service life.
Is the solar panel included?
No. The station is $1,100 and the optional 560 W panel is another $250. Verify electrical compatibility before connection.
